How to Register
Full Registration includes:
- Exhibition, Technical Sessions, Opening Session, Wednesday Entertainment Night, and Meals (Tuesday – Exhibition Evening Reception, Wednesday – Breakfast,Lunch, & Reception, Thursday Lunch, Friday Breakfast).
- Gala & Water For People Breakfast Tickets must be purchased separately.
- Alberta and Manitoba participants qualify for 0.9 CEUs for full conference registration.
WCW will try to accommodate requests for special meals received at least 2 weeks prior to the course or event start date. Unfortunately we may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. It is the responsibility of each delegate to accommodate his or her own allergy restrictions.

Annual Conference Policies
Registration payment and cancellation policy
- Cancellation received before September 4: 100% refund less $50 service charge.
- Cancellation received September 4-15: 50% refund less $50 service charge.
- Cancellation received after September 15: NO REFUND
- Substitutions welcome
Once the registration form (online or paper) has been received by WCW, the registration is considered firm. Payment is due before the event start date. If a customer registers without paying and does not attend the event, the registration will be considered firm if they do not notify WCW of their cancellation per the refund policy stated above. They will be invoiced for the full registration cost.
Course and event policy: WCW will try to accommodate requests for special meals received at least 2 weeks prior to the course or event start date. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate all dietary restrictions. It is the responsibility of each delegate to accommodate his or her own allergy restrictions. Delegate substitution is permitted at no charge, but must be submitted in writing to WCW at least 2 business days before the course or event start date. By registering for a WCW course or event you are agreeing to provide your contact information to select sponsors, exhibitors and/or attendees before and/or after the course or event. You must inform WCW at least 2 weeks prior to the course or event start date if you do not want your contact information provided.
Filming and photography policy: Please note that while attending events, courses and other activities hosted by WCW, you may be photographed, taped or recorded. These photographs, tapings and recordings (the “Media”) may be used by WCW in their promotional and training materials, or provided to others for their use. In using and distributing the Media, WCW is not liable for any violation of rights of privacy, publicity, defamation or any similar right.
